We help schools and families with School Buddy, from 10:00 to 18:00 IST, Monday to Saturday.

Common questions

• I can't sign in. Check the school and username exactly as your school gave them. Passwords are case-sensitive. After 5 wrong tries the account waits 15 minutes.
• I forgot my password. Parents and teachers: ask your school admin to reset it. School admins: write to us.
• My invite doesn't work. Invites work once and expire after 14 days. Ask the class teacher for a new one.
• I don't get notifications. Allow notifications for School Buddy in your phone settings. Updates are always visible inside the app too.
• I see the wrong child or wrong class. Contact your school; they control the class lists.
• Delete my account. In the app: Profile → Delete my account. Or see this page.
